We couldn’t get a refund, which was a little disappointing at first, but the rain check ended up working out fine for us. From the way they explained it, I got the impression they were just sticking to the policy rather than trying to be difficult, so I can’t really complain

It was way too crowded and stressful for our family. We didn’t really feel like it was kid friendly, and it kind of felt like no one noticed or cared that families with little ones were struggling to get around.

We got there around 10 and parking was way easier than I expected!!! The signs were clear, and the tram showed up quick too!!! My dad uses a cane, so I was a little worried, but the paths and ramps made it manageable for him. The staff were also really nice and pointed us in the right direction when we needed help!!!

I bought our tickets on silverdollarcity.com, and to be fair, the checkout part was painless. The confirmation emails did show up, although finding the actual barcode info felt a little more like a scavenger hunt than it probably needed to be.

When we got to the entry gate, the line was moving slower than expected. A couple of the scanners were apparently having a delicate moment, and one person in our group had to show ID twice, which was a fun little bonus delay.

The staff was nice enough, and we did get in without any major drama. It just wasn’t exactly the smooth, breezy start I was hoping for. Not awful, not impressive, just kind of fine in that “busy day, lower your expectations” way.

A couple of the rides were down when we went, which was a little disappointing, honestly. But... we still ended up having a really good time. The atmosphere was fun, the staff were nice, and we found plenty to do anyway. So yeah, not a perfect day, but still worth it.

We usually really enjoy Silver Dollar City, so I hate to say it, but this trip was kind of disappointing. The park just didn’t feel as clean as it normally does. There was trash along some of the walkways, and a few of the food area tables were sticky, which wasn’t great. The bathrooms were probably the biggest issue. A couple had no paper towels and already smelled bad, even early in the day. Some of the rides and benches also looked a little worn down. I know the park gets busy, and I get that it’s hard to keep up with everything, so I’m not writing it off completely. We still had some decent moments, but for the price, I’d really expect the basic cleaning and upkeep to be better.

Tickets felt fair for what we got. The whole family had fun, and I didn’t leave feeling ripped off.

We rented a locker and a stroller, the whole thing was kind of a pain in the butt. Both felt overpriced, the pickup line moved super slow, and the stroller was worn out for what they’re charging. The park itself was fun, but this part was just annoying as hell

I mostly went for the rides, but I ended up spending more time watching the craft demos. The glass blowing and blacksmithing were really cool, and it felt like they’re genuinely keeping those old skills alive. It was a perfect day—well, not perfect, because some spots got crowded and we missed one of the demo times. But overall it was still a really nice visit and felt different from the usual theme park experience.

I had a really nice time here. The old-town vibe, music, and little details made it feel really charming and fun to walk around. A few spots did get crowded, so I found myself keeping my bag close and stepping out of the busiest areas when needed, but overall it was a great experience

The restroom situation was frustrating all day. Every time someone in our group needed one, it felt like we had to walk forever or turn around and fight our way back through the crowds, which got old really fast.

Some of them were also hard to find, and the signs didn’t really help. For a place that size, I expected the restrooms to be placed a lot better. It kind of felt like nobody actually read or thought through what visitors would need, and it made the day more annoying than it should’ve been...

We had been looking forward to spending the day at Silver Dollar City, especially for the coasters, and those were really fun. The cave tour was cool too and ended up being one of the better parts of the visit. But a few of the attractions felt kind of old and not really worth standing in long lines for. One of the rides we specifically planned around was down when we got there, which was frustrating and messed up our plans for the day. We still had a decent time overall, but for the price, I expected a little more...

I was pleasantly surprised by how many shady spots there were. We were able to find seats easily whenever we needed to take a break, which made the day a lot more comfortable. It didn’t make everything perfect, but it definitely helped the experience feel much better overall

I was really hoping to grab some fun Silver Dollar City souvenirs, but I got annoyed fast. A lot of the shops had the same stuff over and over, and the prices were higher than I expected. I don’t have much patience for wandering through five stores just to see the same mugs and shirts again. I did find a couple small things, but the gift selection wasn’t great. Expected a lot better.

My first impression wasn’t great. I tried buying tickets online and the site kept glitching, which got frustrating fast. Checkout took way longer than it should have, and by the time I finally got through it, I was already annoyed

It was way too crowded and the sound was bad most of the time. I felt like I wasted so much energy just trying to enjoy it, but it was hard to get comfortable or even hear things properly.

It was just a lot of waiting around and everywhere felt packed. Kinda hard to enjoy yourself when you’re stuck in crowds the whole time. Not really my idea of fun.

I wasn’t very happy with the kennel service. My dog seemed stressed when I picked him up, the staff felt kind of short with me, and the pickup process took way longer than it should have. On top of that, it felt like the terms had changed from what I was originally told, which was really frustrating. Overall, not the experience I was expecting

I went with my family and overall we felt safe, so that was good. The security check at the entrance just took longer than I expected, and it felt a little unorganized once the crowd picked up. The staff were nice enough, but it could definitely move along faster. I understand why they check bags and everything, but it was just kind of dragging

The app did get me where I needed to go, so I’ll give it that. But the map took a while to load and felt clunky. Maybe part of it is on me for relying on it last minute, but it definitely made getting around more annoying than it needed to be.
